Brittanye K. Jacobs is a dedicated attorney serving clients throughout the central Florida area with a focus on probate, trust litigation, estate and trust administration, guardianship, and business law. As a proud graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU), she earned an undergraduate degree with honors before pursuing a Master of Applied Social Science with a concentration in History. She went on to earn both a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration, combining legal expertise with business acumen to provide comprehensive counsel to clients.

In 2021, Brittanye founded Bridging the Gap Legal Services with a mission to help minority communities build and preserve generational wealth. She understands that navigating estate planning, business formation, and family transitions requires not only legal knowledge but also cultural sensitivity and genuine care. Each client receives compassionate, thoughtful representation tailored to their unique circumstances and long-term goals.

Brittanye is an active member of the Florida Bar, the National Bar Association (NBA), and serves in both the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar. This involvement keeps her at the forefront of developments in estate planning and administration, ensuring clients receive informed, strategic guidance.
